I'm a Computer Science Engineering student with a good grip on programming and full-stack development. I enjoy taking a problem apart, figuring out the cleanest way to model it, and building something that actually works end to end — from the database schema up to the interface.

My recent focus has been backend engineering: designing REST APIs, working with relational databases, and integrating services like Kafka for message-driven workflows. I'm looking for an entry-level Software Engineer role where I can keep learning new technologies while contributing to real, useful applications.

  • Integrated Kafka into a Spring Boot microservice to consume and deserialize high-volume transaction messages using a configurable topic and embedded Kafka test framework.
  • Implemented transaction validation and persistence logic with Spring Data JPA and an H2 SQL database, including entity modeling and balance updates across relational user records.
  • Connected the service to an external REST Incentive API using RestTemplate, processing incentive responses into transactional workflows.
  • Developed a REST endpoint for querying user balances, returning JSON responses through a Spring controller with clean architectural boundaries.
  • Verified system behavior using Maven test suites and debugger-driven inspection across messaging, database, and API layers.
